BEFORE SHEELY, P.J.
MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF COURT
Petitioner asks the court to issue an order stating that it
has title to three (3) vehicles left in its custody for several
years, and also directing the Departments of Transportation of
several states to transfer title of the vehicles to petitioner.
There has been no attempt to sell the vehicles to recover unpaid
storage costs.
There is no authority in the Vehicle Code that allows this
court to order a Department of Transportation to transfer title
to the three vehicles to petitioner. If petitioner acquires the
vehicles based on a judgment for unpaid storage fees, the court
will issue an order stating that petitioner is then the owner of
any vehicle so acquired.
We were not able to locate the Vehicle Code provision
referred to in the petition.
rORDER
AND NOW, this ~ day of MARCH, 1995, because this
court is without authority to issue the requested order,
petitioner'S request is REFUSED.
