of Real Estate Writ, Notice Poster and Description according to
law.

Description in the following mannerl The Sheriff mailed one of the
within named defendants, to witl Vijay K. Hasija a notice of the
pendency of the action by certified mail marked DELIVERY ONLY TO
ADDRESSEE, to his last known address at 503 Broadwing Court, Tampa,
Florida 33625. This letter was mailed under the date of July 3,
1995 and was received on July 6.1995 with return receipt card
signed byJoyce Hasija for Vijay K. Hasiga. Return receipt card is
hereto attached.

IN MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE
{f COMPLAINT
AND NOW, this ~ day of March,
1995, comes Harris Savings
Bank by and through its counsel, Richard C. RUben, Esquire and
states the following in support of its Complaint:
1. The Plaintiff is Harris Savings Bank, formerly Harris Savings
Association, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and having its principal place of
business at Second and pine streets, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
17101.
2. The Defendants are Vijay K. Hasija and Joyce Hasija, husband
and wife, adult individuals whose current address is 6503 Broadwing
Court, Tampa, Florida, 33625.
3. Defendants on March 27, 1986 entered into a Mortgage loan
indenture with Harris Savings Association now Harris Savings Bank,
in the principal amount of One-Hundred and Sixty-Five Thousand
Dollars ($165,000.00), the terms of which loan are more
specifically evidenced and set forth in the Mortgage dated March
27, 1986, and recorded April 3, 1986 in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Mortgage Book 808, Page 340, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as
Exhibit "A" which mortgage contains and is a lien upon the property
situate at 545 Lamp Post Lane, Camp Hill, Cumberland county,
Pennsylvania 17011.
4. A copy of the Mortgage Note is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as Exhibit "B"
5. Plaintiff, in consideration of the said Mortgage and Note
advanced to Vijay K. Hasija and Joyce Hasija the sum of One-Hundred
and Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($165,000.00).
6. The premises subject to said mortgage is more specifically set
forth in Exhibit "A".
7. Vijay K. Hasija and Joyce Hasija are the sole owners of the
said premises securing said mortgage.
8. Said Mortgage has not been assigned in whole or in part by the
Plaintiff herein.
9. No judgment has previously been entered on said Mortgage in
any jurisdiction, and said instrument is less than twenty (20)
years old.
10. That said Mortgage is in default because Defendants herein
have failed to pay the monthly payments of $1,478.57 for the months
of December, 1994, January, February and March, 1995.
11. The Plaintiff has given to the Defendants written notice of
intention to foreclose on said Mortgage as required by law under
Act 6, dated February 7, 1995, a copy of which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein as Exhibit "C".
12. The Plaintiff has given written notice of default as required
by the Homeowner's Emergency Assistance Act of 1983, dated February
7, 1995 a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein
as Exhibit "D".
13. That due to Defendants' default the entire principal amount of
One-Hundred and sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($165,000.00) has
become due and payable, together with interest at the rate of
10.25% per annum, reasonable legal fees for collection of said sum
in accordance with the terms of said mortgage less such sums as
have been paid on account of principal of the said Mortgage and
costs.
14. The Plaintiff believes and therefore avers that reasonable
attorney's fees for collection of the debt is $7,500.00 and that it
will incur such amounts.
15. The Defendants are liable to the Plaintiff for interest at the
rate of 10.25% per annum, late charges, property taxes and expenses
as provided in the Mortgage documents that will accrue until
distribution by the Sheriff of Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, to
be computed at the time of judgment in these proceedings, in
addition to the current balance.
16. The Defendants are liable to the Plaintiff for the following
on said Mortgage loan:
a. Principal to March 21, 1995
b. Interest to March 21, 1995
c. Late charges.
d. Attorney's fees
