You have been sued in court. If you wish to defend against
the claims set forth in the fOllowing pages, you must take action
within twenty (20) days after this Complaint and Notice are
served, by entering a written appearance personally or by attor-
ney and filing in writing with the Court your defenses or objec-
tions to the claims set forth against you. You are warned that
if you fail to do so, the case may proceed without you and a
judgment may be entered against you by the Court without further
notice for any money claimed in the Complaint or for any other
claim or relief requested by the Plaintiff. You may lose money
or property or other rights important to you.

5. Defendants have defaulted on their obligations under
the Agreement by failing to make the required monthly payments
since March 18, 1994.
6. The total amount remaining due and owing to PSECU by
Defendants as pursuant to the Agreement as of March 20, 1995 is
Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Twenty six and 95/100 Dollars
($13,526.95), which includes principal in the amount of
$11,615.82, interest from March 28, 1994, in the amount of
$1,704.95 and late fees of $206.18.
7. The Agreement provides that in the event of default,
Defendants shall be responsible for the payment of attorney fees
and collection costs in an amount equal to twenty (20%) percent
of the outstanding loan balance.
8. By correspondence dated December 7, 1994 (the "Demand
Letter"), PSECU, by its attorneys, notified Defendants of their
default under the Agreement and demanded payment thereunder, but
Defendants have failed and refused to make payment. A true and
correct copy of the Demand Letter is attached hereto and marked
as Exhibit "B".
