The natural father of the children is William A. Brandt, currently residing at R. D. #1, Newburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. He is married. 9. The relationship of Plaintiff to the children is that of natural father. The Plaintiff currently resides with the above stated children at R. D. #1, Newburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. No one else resides with Plaintiff and children. 10. The relationship of Defendant to children is that of natural mother. The Defendant currently resides at Route #1, Box 283, New Bloomfield, Perry County, Pennsylvania, with her parents Herman and Doris Robinson. 11. The Plaintitl' has not participated as a party or witness, or in any other capacity in other litigation concerning the custody of the children in this or another Court. 12. The Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the children pending in a Court of this Commonwealth or in any other jurisdiction. 13. The Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has physical custody of the children or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the children. 14. The Father, William A. Brandt, and the Mother, Patricia A. Brandt, shall enjoy shared legal custody of Melissa Mae Brandt, born May 11, 1989, and William Matthew Brandt, born Nove:nber 1, 1990. 2. Physical custody of the minor children shall be handled as follows: A. During the school year, physical custody shall be handled wi th the parties al ternating custody on al ternating weekends. The Father shall have custody of the minor children during the week subject to the parties arranging between themselves to provide the Mother with additional periods of custody during the week as might be agreed upon by the parties. B. During the summer months, the parties shall attempt to share physical custody equally under a schedule as can be worked out between the parties subject to the children's schedules and the parties' respective work/vacation schedules. C. Major holidays shall be handled such that the parties working between themselves either alternate holidays or share a holiday. 3. The parties shall arrange a schedule such that the Mother's Day weekend the children shall be wi th the Mother and the Father's Day weekend the children shall be with the Father. The parties shall also arrange the schedule so that each party shall be provided with an opportunity to have time with the minor children on or about the day of their birthday.
