SHERIFF, husband and 376 Rich Valley Road Carlisle, PA 17013 hereinafter referred to as Ow Whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family dwellir of ground situate in Lower Mifflin Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being on the Final Subdivision Plan of Scenic View, said Plan recorded in Cumbcrland County 93. Being further identified as Tax Parcel No. 15-05-0413-085 NOW THEREFORE. BEING the same premises which Realand, Inc., by its deed dated June 21, 2002 and to be recorded herewith, granted and conveyed unto Brian K. Sheriff and Jennifer A. Sheriff, his wife.
