ALL that certain tract of land situate in the Township of Upper
Mifflin, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and bounded and described
as follows: '
BEGINNING at a spike at the approximate center point of Township Road
ii389 , thence 410-080.(.0" West 384,78 feet along a fence bounding land
now or 'former1y of Clarence L. Chestnut to an iron pin, thence to the
North 880-25'-50" East 409,29 feet to an iron pin along lands now or
former1Y'of'Ray Yeingst, thence South 220-00" }lest 280.00 feet boundin
land now or formerly of E, Lee Oiler to a spike in the aforesaid
Township Road, thence North 620 16' West 13.0 feet to a spike in the
same aforesaid road, thence South 390 55' West 61,80 feet to a spike
in the same aforesaid road, being 'the place of BEGINNING,

BEING a portion of the same tract of land which Marlin S, Sheeley and
Mary E. Sheeley, his wife by Deed dated March 24, 1950 and Recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed
Book "J", Volume 14 at'Page 413, granted and conveyed to Ray Yeingst
and Nellie E, Yeingst, Grantors herein.
Th~ Plan of a subdivision of said property together with a survey of
tlje tract granted herein was Recorded in the aforesaid Office in Plan
Book 31 at Page 113 on November 22, 1977.
