BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line 01 East Locust Street (36' wide), which point Is lorty-elght
and lIIty-three one-hundredths (48,53) leet west 01 the northwesterly (erroneously recited In prior
deeds as 'southwesterly') corner 01 South Walnut and East Locust Streets; thence along the northerly
