Resolution No. 93-03 of Hampden Township Sewer Authority
adopted November 10, 1993 and effeotive January 1, 1994
whioh pertains to Customer Faoilities Fee in the amount of
Forty Dollars ($40.00). Resolution No. 93-04 of Hampden
Township Sewer Authorty, adopted November 10, 1993 and
effeotive January 1, 1994, whioh pertains to Sewer Tapping
Fee in the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars
($1,700.00). The olaims for oolleotion of fees are based
upon the Aot of the Assembly approved May 16, 1923, P.L.
207, as amended and supplemented.
5. All aots, oonditions, events and things required
to be done under the Ordinanoe of the Township of Hampden,
Resolutions of the Hampden Township Sewer Authority, and
Acts of the Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
have been and were performed in due and legal form, to
entitle the Hampden Township Sewer Authority to file a lien
for the payment of the oustomer faoilities fee and sewer
tapping fee for whioh this olaim is filed.
