Pennsylvania, by its solioitor, Henry F. Coyne, EsqUire,
,hereby files its lien for non-payment of Realty Transfer
Tax, levied by the said Township, against the real estate
hereinafter desoribed and sets forth the bases for its lien
as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. The name of the municipality by which this Claim
is filed is Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County,
PennsYlvania, with offioes at 98 South Enola Drive, Enola,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17025-2796.

2. The name or names of the owner or owners, or
reputed owner or ownere, of the property against whioh this
lien is filed is/are:
Michael J. Kushner and Richard D. Kushner, t/d/b/a
K.B. Investments, a Partnership

lien is filed, is as desoribed in Deed Book 34-G, Page 857,
Cumberland County Reoorder of Deeds Offioe whioh is
inoorporated herein by referenoe and whioh is also known and
numbered as 210 York Street, Enola, Pennsylvania 17025.
4. Act 511 of 1965, as amended, and Aot of Deoember
31,1965, P.L. 1257, as amended (53 P.S. 6901 as amended)j
and Ordinanoe 153-66 and Ordinance
162-67

Ordinanoes, Township of East Pennsboro, Chapter 24, Part 1,
Seotion 101 et seq.).

5. A conveyance entered of record on November 13,
1989 j and was recorded in Deed Book 34-G, PaBe 857 (See
Ellhibi t "A").
6. Subsequent 1 y on December 22, 1994, the owner or
reputed owner paid to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the
sum of Two Thousand
Twenty-one
and
94/100
Dollars
($2,021.94) whioh represents Realty Transfer Tall plus
interest due the Commonwealth (See Ellhibit "B").
7. The owner or reputed owner fraudu lent 1 y deprived
the said Township of Real Estate Transfer Tall due it and
owes to the said Township the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty-two
and 13/100 Dollars ($932.13) j interest at the rate of six
percent (6%) per annum from November 13, 1989, plus docket
costs.
