Pennsylvania. 2, The Respondent herein is Adams County Asphalt with offices residing at614 North Front Street, Suite D-2 in Harrisburg, in Dauphin County. Pennsylvania. 3. Up to this time, Petition~r has represented Respondent in this litigation. 4. Petitioner can no longer properly represent Respondent in this action for the following ,I reasons: I' Ii I I Ii ii j! I A Respondent and its principal oflicers have expressed dissatisfaction with the way Petitioner has handled the case up to now. S, The principal oflicer of Respondent has indicated, by his conduct and statements, that he docs not believe information provided to him by Petitioner. C. Respondent has Iililed to provide Petitioner with documents and other information Petitioner necds to properly prcpare this case and to pursue and protect Respondcnt's rights in thc case D. Respondent has failed to produce or supply witnesses who can testify to support information Respondent has provided to Petitioner about the case. E. Respondent has not paid Petitioner for his services for a period of six months, has not reimbursed Petitioner for expenses which Petitioner has advanced on behalf of Respondent to advance this litigation and has not provided Petitioner with the funds necessary to hire expert witnesses and develop other evidentiary mailers tor trial or to properly pursue discovery, F. The professional relationship between Petitioner and Respondent has deteriorated to the point that they cannot elTectively I communicate, I 5, As a result of the problems described in the laregoing Paragraph. Petitioner cannot properly I' represent the interest of Respondent and the Court in this mailer. Petitioner believes that the best interests of II justice will be served by Respondent obtaining other counsel.
