Agreement of the pllrt ies, the following order is entered:
1. The defendant, Randy E. Comp, is enjoined from physically abusing the
plaintiff, Kllthleen T. Camp, lind/or from placing her in fellr of abuse.
2. The defendant is ordered to refrain from humssing and stalking the
plaint iff.
3. The defendant is prohibited from entering the plaintiff's place of
employment.
4. The defendant is prohibi ted from removing, dumaging, destroying or
selling nny property owned by the plaintiff or jointly owned by the parties,
other than property mutnlly agreed upon by the pnrt les,
5. The defemlnnt is excluded from the plaintirf's residence located at
1229 Spring Rond, Carl isle, Cumberlnnd County, l'ennsYlvnnia, except for the
limited pU1"(Xlse of tr/lnsferring custody.
6. The defendnnl I s ordered to stny away from any res j dence the
plaintiff mny in the future cstnhllsh for herself, except for the limited purpose
of transferring custody.
7. The defendnnt is ordered to puy Interim support to the plaintiff for
the minor chi ldren ill the IImount of $40,00 per week payable to the plnint i 1'1' in
the form of n check or money (HIler, mlli led to her residence, pllyments to commence
on Friday, April 211, 1995,1111I1 to be received ellch FridllY therellfter pending the
entry of IIn Order by the Cumberlllnd County Domestic Rellltlons Office. and the
defendunt IIgrees to puy hul f of the unre i mhursed med i cal expenses of the
pluintlff amI the purties' minor children to the provider or to the piaintiff
when the plulntlrr hilS paid for the mcdicul treutmenl. The plllintiff currently
