STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 18th day of April, 1995, by and
between RUSSELL C. GOODLING dba RUSSELL C, GOODLING CONSTRUCTION,
of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, camp Hill, pennsylvania, hereinafter
referred to as Contractor, AND RUSSELL C. GOODLING, of 2920
Dickinson Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred
to as owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a single-family residential dwelling on that certain
lot of ground situate in Saffron Drive, Hampden Township,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 440 on the Final
SUbdivision Plan of the Highlands of Hampden Square Phase IV,
said Plan being recorded in Plan Book 66, Page 17. Being a
portion of the same premises which South Central Service
corporation et aI, by Deed dated August 13, 1987 and recorded in
the Cumberland county Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 32-W,
page 414, granted and conveyed unto Highlands of Hampden Square
partnership. Also being a portion of the same premises Which
Hampden Square Development Company by Deed dated November 17,
1988 and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds
Office in Deed Book 33-R, Page 1077, granted and conveyed unto
Highlands of Hampden Square Partnership. Further being the same
premises which Highlands of Hampden Square Partnership by Deed
dated April 18, 1995 and about to be recorded herewith granted
and conveyed unto Russell C. Goodling.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH I That the said
contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
