Defendants are the real owners of the land subject to the Mortgage, 7, The Mortgage is in default due to the fact that Mortgagors have failed to pay the installment due on July 1, 1994 and all subsequent installments thereon, and the following amounts are due on the Mortgage: (a) Unpaid principal balance (b) Interest at $17,2604 per day from 6/1/94 to 4/30/95 (based on contract rate of 9.5%) $66,316.35 5,764.97 (c) Accumulated Late Charges at $ 23,88 per month 65,92 (d) Escrow Credit 1,030.75 (e) 5% Attorney's commission 3,315,82 TOTAL $74,432.31* *Together with interest at the per diem rate noted in (b) above after April 30, 1995, and other charges and costs to date of Sheriff's Sale.
