It indicateB that the mail is unclaimed and cannot be forwarded for the Defendant, Napolean L. Haines. 6. Pursuant to PennBylvania Rule of civil Procedure 430, Plaintiff has made a good faith effort to locate the Defendant(s) including the following: A. On July 16, 1996, support Btaff for Mattleman, Greenberg, ShmerelBon, Weinroth and Miller contacted Directory ABsiBtance in New Smyrna Beach, Florida which indicated that there is a liBting that exiBts for Defendant, Napolean L. Haines at the last known addreBs, 313 Jessimine Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32169. The listing that exiBts is 737-9426. Repeated attempts to contact indicated that Defendant, Napolean L.
