5. Plaintiff, PATRICIA KAZMERSKI, incorpo~ates
ii paragraphs 1 through 4 above as fully as though the same
were hereinafter set forth at length.
6. On or about December 10, 1993, Plaintiff,
PATRICIA KAZMERSKI, was operating her motor vehicle
eastbound on SR 581 in the left hand lane at or near 8M
13.0, Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, when suddenly and without warning the motor
vehicle owned by Defendant, RILAND CONSTRUCTION, and
operated by Defendant, KENNETH A. RILAND, traveled from the
right lane of traffic into the left lane of traffic directly
in front of Plaintiff's motor vehicle causing Plaintiff's
motor vehicle to swerve and hit the guide rail in order to
avoid impact with Defendants' motor vehicle causing serious

and permanent injuries to Plaintiff hereinafter referred to.
7. Solely as a result of the aforesaid accident,
