Fisher, Professional Land Surveyor, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at an iron pin on the southern right-of-way line of Village Road (T-582) at the dividing line between Lot 9 and Lot 10 on the hereinabove mentioned subdivision plan; thence along the southern right-of-way line of Village Road South thirty-eight degrees fifty-eight minutes forty seconds East (S 38 degrees 58' 40" El a distance of 26.05 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing along the same on an arc to the left having a radius of 190.00 feet, an arc length of 77,90 feet to an iron pin along lands now or formerly of Richard Gettling; thence along lands now or formerly of Richard Gettling South sixteen degrees forty-nine minutes twenty seconds West (S 16 degrees 49' 20" W) a distance of 285,03 feet to an iron pin at the dividing line between Lot 11 and Lot 10; thence along the dividing line between Lot 11 and Lot 10 North thirty-eight degrees fifty-eight minutes forty seconds West (N 38 degrees 58' 40" Wl a distance of 261.99 feet to an iron pin at the divid~ng line between Lot 9 and Lot 10; thence along the dividing line between Lot 9 and Lot 10 North fifty-one degrees one minute twenty seconds East (N 51 degrees 01' 20" E) a distance of 220.00 feet to an iron pin on the southern right-of-way line of Village Road, the point and place of BEGINNING.
