By way of further answer and response, it is specifically denied that Larry Johnson has used Rileigh, Gander & Showalter, Inc. as a "corporate veil". 11. Denied. The avennents contained in paragraph 11 of the Plaintiffs' Complaint are conclusions of law to which no responsive pleading is required and such avennents are specifically denied. By way of further :Inswer and response, Defendant, Larry Johnson, specifically denies that he has held himself out to be the person who responds to the demands of Plaintiffs in this mailer. To the contrary, any actions or representations which have been made at any time by L.1rry Johnson in connection with the business dealings of Rileigh, Gander & Showalter, Inc. with the Plaintiffs or either of them have been made by Mr. Johnson solely in his corporale capacity as Presidenl of Rileigh, Gander & Showalter, Inc. 12. Denied. It is denied that L:lrry Johnson, through Rileigh, Gander & Showalter, Inc., ordered an Invoice #012231, product code #POOO4AA, 2,036 board ft. of 4/4 poplar, kiln dried wood on June 10, 1994 and that L:lrry Johnson ordered on Invoice #012694, product code #POOO4AA, 2,570 board ft, of 4/4 poplar, kiln dried wood on July 7, 1994 from Plaintiffs. To the contrary, the invoices in question which arc attached as Exhibit "A" to the Complaint clearly indicate that the goods in qllestion were sold and shipped to Rileigh, Gander & Showalter, Inc. and neither of the invoices refer to L:my Johnson, in any capacity for il whatsoever.
