COMPLAINT
COUNT ONE
1. The Plaintiff is SANDRA L. DANIELS, an adult individual
residing at 35 Robin Court, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
PennsYlvania 17055, since March, 1, 1994.
2. The Defendant is CHARLES M. DANIELS, an adult individual
whose address since JUly, 1994 is P. O. Box 83, Robertsdale,
Baldwin County, Alabama 36565.
3. The Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident of the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania for a least six (6) months immediately prior
to the filing of this Complaint, having resided in PennsYlvania
since December 1, 1993.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on April 4, 1990
in Memphis, Tennessee,
5, There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment
between the parties,
6, The marriage between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is
irretrievably broken,
7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and
that Pl~intiff may have the right to request that the Court require
the parties to participate in counseling,
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests your Honorable Court to enter
a decree of divorce,
