Notice of said hearing shall be given by Petitioner's
counsel to the Department of Transportation at least thirty (30)
days prior to the date of said hearing.
Pursuant to section 1550(b) (1) of the Pennsylvania Motor
Vehicle Code, Petitioner's appeal shall act as an automatic
supersedeas, and Petitioner'S operating privileges shall not be

LICENSE SUSPENSION APPEAL
AND NOW, comes the Petitioner, Mary R. Halin, by and through
her attorneys/ Fowler, Addams, Shughart & Rundle, and petitions
the court as follows:
1. The petitioner is Mary R, Halin, an adult individual
residing at 2125 Douglas Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and is a
licensed driver within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. The respondent is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing, which
has a mailing address of Transportation and Safety Building,
Room 103/ Harrisburg, PA 17120.
3. By letter of April 13, 1995, the Respondent notified the
Petitioner that her Pennsylvania driver's license would be
suspended for a period of sixty (60) days effective May 18, 1995.
A copy of said correspondence is attached as Exhibit "A" hereof.
4. Said suspension was the result of a conviction of the
Petitioner on March 14, 1995 by District Justice Paula Correal of
a violation of section 3345A of the Vehicle Code.
5, The Petitioner has appealed from the summary conviction.
A copy of the Notice of Appeal is attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
