County, PA, is abontto execute cOlllempor.llleously herewith, a col1lmct with Paul Fleming of
16th Street. New Cumberland. PA, for the erection of a English Tudor House upon a lot of
land sitnate descrihed as follows:
ALL that certain lot of land situate in Camp Hill Borongh, Cumberland Coullly, Pennsylvania,
being Lot No, lIon the Plan of Lots of Section C, Park Hills, which Plan is recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book H, Page 33, and being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southem side of Wynnewood Road on the dividing line between
Lots to and lion the hereinbefore mentioned Plan of Lots, which point is located from the
castern comer of the junction of Arlington Road with WynnewoOlI Road on said Plan along the
southem side of Wynnewood Road the following courses and distances: by a curve to the left
having a radius of two hundred ninety-six and nineteen hundredths feet (296,19') a distance of
one hundred sixteen and fifty-three hundredths feet (116,53'); thence North sixty-two degrees
forty-six minutes East a distance of three hundred seventy feet (N, 620 46' E, 370'); thence
from said beginning point along the southeastem side of Wynne wood Road by a curve to the
left having a radius of one hundred seventy-eight and seventeen hundredths feet (178.17') a
distance of eighty feet (80') to a point on the dividing line between Lots 11 and 12 on said
Plan; thence along said dividing line South tiny-two degrees tiny-eight minutes East one
hundred sixty-five and sixteen hundredths feet (S, 520 58' E, 165,16') to a point in line of land
now or fonnerly of E, T, Schimmel; thence along said land now or fonnerly of E, T, Schimmel
South sixty-two degrees forty-six minutes West a distance of one hnndred forty-nine and tive
hnndredths feet (S, 620 46' W, 149,05') to a point on the dividing line between Lots 10 and
II; thence along said dividing line between Lots 10 and II North twenty-seven degrees fourteen
minntes West a distance of one hundred thirtll-one and ten hundredths feet (N, 270 14' W,
131.10') to a point on the southem side of Wynnewood Road, the place of BEGINNING,
BEING the same premises which Park Hills Realty Company, a Partnership, by their Deed
dated Febnmry 12, 1971. and recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deed~ in and for
Cumberland County in Deed Book "Y", Vol. 23, Page 999, gmnted and conveyed unto George

One Dollar ($1.00), to Colllmctor paid hy Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall he tiled against
the building by the contmctor, or any subcolllmctor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person tilr any labor, or materials purchased, or extm lahor or materials
purehased for the erection of said huilding, the right 10 tile such liens heing expressly waived,
