through her attorneys, MANCKE, WAGNER, HERSHEY' TULLY, and file.
the following Complaint in Divorce:
1. The Plaintiff, MELANIE HENRY, is an adult
individual currently re.iding at 91 North 6th street,
Millersburg, Dauphin county, Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant, FRANK HENRY, is an adult individual
currently residing at 3625 September Drive, Camp Hill, cumberland
County, penn.ylvania.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant have both been bona fide
r..ident. of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six
(6) months prior to the filing of this Complaint.
4. Plaintiff and Defendant are husband and wife having
been married on June 7, 1980, in Marysville, Perry county,
Pennsylvania.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or
annulment between the parties in this or any other jurisdiction.
