Default was made by Defendants in their foilure to moke full rental payments for the months of September, 1994 ond subsequent months of October, November ond December, 1994 and Jonuary, Febr~ory ond March, 1995 nt the rote of $2,200.00 per moath for 0 total due of $15,400.00. The Defendants ore also in default in their failure to puy reol estate toxes for the years 1992 through 1995 for n total due of $6,458.76. The Defendants are also in default in their failure to poy water and sewer bills in the amollnt of $590.00. The Defendants are also in default in their follure to poy for snow removal as required by the leose in the omount o( $64.50. 7.
