WHEREAS, Kevin P. Culley and Denise C. Culley, of Silver
Springs Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Kevin P. Culley
of Silver Springs Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
