BOROUGH of SHIPPENSBURG, Cumberland and Franklin Counties, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, by its Borough Manager, WILLIAM W. WOLFE, hereby files its claims for removal of
a structure constituting a nuisance against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT of CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is BOROUGH of SHIPPENSBURG, a
municipal corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in Cumberland and Franklin
Counties and organised pursuent to ordinances of the BOROUGH of SHIPPENSBURG.

The name of "smog of the owner or owners or roputed owner or owners, of Iho property against
which this claim is filed is HAR010 SWIIILER.
3.
A description of the property known and numbered as 710 Walnut Bottom Road, Shippansburp,
against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A".
4.
The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101, at seq. and Borough
Ordinance No, 509, CODE of the BOROUGH of SHIPPENSBURG, Chapter 106.

The liens are claimed against the above-described property as follows:
Water, Sewer and Refuse Services:
Account • 103 0 162 00
Total Amount due-lo-date: 11,227.02
Miscellaneous work performed, including supplying labor and materials to secure the
building following a fire in the amount of 1500.06, Including interest from
FEBRUARY of 1994.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from APRIL 12, 1994.
