the Plaintiff, Fabricators Steel,
attorneys, GRIFFITH,
STRICKLER, LERMAN, SOLYMOS & CALKINS, and files this, its complaint
against the Defendant, BRINRAC EQUIPMENT, INC., whereof the
following is a statement:
1. Plaintiff, Fabricators steel, Inc., is a duly registered
Maryland corporation with offices located at 1700 South Haven
street, Baltimore, Maryland 21224-0588.
2. Defendant, Brinrac Equipment, Inc. is a duly registered
Pennsylvania professional corporation doing business at 300
Mulberry Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17055.
3. The Plaintiff at oral instance and request of the
Defendant sold to the Defendant certain goods at the times and in
the amounts as more fully set forth in a true and correct copy of
the Plaintiff'q invoice which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof and marked Exhibit "A".
4. The amount charged for the goods as enumerated on Exhibit
"A" is $4,400.00.
