of the Commonwealth of Pennlylvanla, with an office at Two North Ninth Street,
Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennlvlvanla.
2. Defendant, II an adult Individual with en addre'l of 836 Factory
Street, Carll lie, Cumberland County, Pennlvlvanla17013.
3. On or about March 8,1884, Defendant, Thoma. C. Miller operated a
motor vehicle which damaged Plaintiff. facllltlll located near the Frog Switch
Company, along Ealt High Street. Carlllle Borough, Cumberland County,
Pennlvlvanla.
