Pennsylvania, ("real estate") presently titled in Husband's and Wife's names by Deed dated July 17. 1992. and filed in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds in Plan Book 4, page 86, shall be transferred to Husband within sixty (60l days of the signing of this Agreement and it wi II become his sole and exclusive property prOVided Husband refinances the present mortgage, number 037000672-9 with Fleet Mortgage, wherein Husband shall be SOlely liable for said mortgage and Wife is relieved of ~Il liability for said mortgage on the real estate.
