a, Husband shall be the sole owner of all of his clothing
and jewelry and personal belongings Which he possesses as of the
date of this Agreement,
b, Husband shall retaIn 100% interest
certificates with Woolworth Corporation,
in the stock
c, The real estate located at 6 William Penn Drive. Camp
Hill. Pennsylvania, ("real estate") presently titled in Husband's
and Wife's names by Deed dated July 17. 1992. and filed in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds in Plan Book 4, page 86,
shall be transferred to Husband within sixty (60l days of the
signing of this Agreement and it wi II become his sole and
exclusive property prOVided Husband refinances the present
mortgage, number 037000672-9 with Fleet Mortgage, wherein Husband
shall be SOlely liable for said mortgage and Wife is relieved of
~Il liability for said mortgage on the real estate.
Husband shall be completely liable for and shall keep
Wife free. harmless and indemnified of and from all expenses
associated with the real estate. including but not limited to.
the closing costs of the refinance, the utility costs, the taxes,
andlor the insurance,
d, Husband shall be the sole owner of the joint checking
account, number 128030-11, with Members First - Machanicsburg
Bank. in the amount of apprOXimately Five Hundred Eighty-four and
00/100 Dollars ($584,00),
e, Husband shall be the sole owner of the joint savings
account, number 120934-00, with Members First - Mechanicsburg
Bank, in the amount of apprOXimately Seven Hundred Eighty-nine
and 00/100 Dollars ($789,00),
f, Husband shall be the sole owner of the tax business and
all ('>f its assets and equipment valued at apPI"oximately Tlll'ee

Divorce Code, Wife and Husband hereby waive any right to
division on their property except as provided for in this

Agreement, each of the parties shall have no claim. right, title
