AND NOW, this 19th day of July, 1995, I
adjudicate Defendant in contempt of this Court's Protection From
Abuse Order. The sentence is that you undergo a period of
supervised probation for 90 days on condition that you be and
remain on good behavior and comply with all terms and conditions
of the Protection From Abuse order, have no contact direct or
indirect with the Plaintiff, Ann Parker. The Defendant is
excluded from and prohibited from going to any residence where
she is living, and is directed to undertake an evaluation and
alcohol treatment as recommended.

He will be pleading guilty to

He is acknowledging contempt.
What is the recommendation for
purge?
MR. KEATING: It is probation of 90 days and
the conditions being that he completes alcohol treatment and
a psychological evaluation. In this case he is to have no
contact with the victim in this particular case,
She is willing to make arrangements through
the Probation Department or through the police department
for him to be able to pick up his things, and also, it's my
understanding that they both co-own a Chevy pick-up truck,
which she is willing to give up any interest in that pick-up
truck. She just wants the keys to the place back since she
lives there.

1 THE COURT: Have you had any alcohol
2 treatment before?
3 THE DEFENDANT: Yes, sir, in 1982.
4 THE COURT: Does your client acknowledge he
5 is in contempt?
6 MR. BRAUGHT: If I can just state it this
7 way, Your Honor. He does admit that he was at the
8 residence, although she had invited him back, Apparently
9 she was looking to amend the Protection From Abuse Order to
10 allow him to live there and hadn' t yet done so.
11 In terms of the threats. He was drinking.
12 Essentially he has a recollection of arguing. It's
13 basically a nolo.
14 THE COURT: I adjudicate you in contempt of
15 this Court's Protection from Abuse Order, The sentence is
16 that you undergo a period of supervised probation for 90
17 days on condition that you be and remain on good behavior,
18 comply with all terms and conditions of the Protection from
19 Abuse Order, have no contact direct or indirect with the
20 Plaintiff, Ann Parker. The Defendant is excluded from and
21 prohibited from going to any residence where she Is living,
22 and is directed to undertake an evaluation and alcohol
23 treatment as recommended.
