Keating, Bsq. (Attorney Keatingl, for summary judgment. Keefer is currently incarcerated in a state correctional institution. In the original complaint, filed May 4, 1995, Keefer stated causes of action against several dsfendants sounding in false imprisonment, assault and battery, and infringements of his constitutional rights. Attorney Keating has answered the complaint and filed new matter. There has been no response to the new matter. Attorney Keating has also filed a motion for summary judgment.
