WAIVER OF RIGHT TO FILE MECHANICS' LIENS
WHEREAS, YOUNG 110 LEE and CHONG OK LEE, his wife, Owner(s),
of 1814 Suncrest Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013, entered into a
contract with JOSEPH B. McCORKEL, Contractor, of 1405 Zimmerman
Road, PA 170113, to provide materials and perform labor
necessary for the improvements to a building known as 159-
161 South pitt Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Third
Ward of the Borough of Carlisle bounded and described as
follows:
BOUNDED on the West by South pitt street; on the North
by property now or formerly of r.M. Trout and Lovice V.
Trout, on the East by a private alley; and on the South by
south West Street. containing thirty-two (32) feet in front
on said south pitt Street and extending in depth on West
South Street a distance of one hundred ten (110) feet to
said private alley.
Having thereon erected a three (3) story brick building
known and numbered as 159-161 South pitt Street.
BEING the same premises which August W. Saportio and
Lee S. Saportio, husband and wife, by their deed dated
July 12, 1985 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland county in Deed Book "J",
Vol. 31, Page 178 granted and conveyed unto Young Ho Lee and
Chong Ok I.e, husband and wife, the owners.
NOW, THEHEFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and
between the said parties, as part of the said contract and for
the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
Contractor, any subcontractor or material man, nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under
his contract, sholl file 0 lien, commonly called a mechanics'
lien, for work done or matedals lurnlnhed to the s.lid building,
improvements, 01" ,lny pilt"t t1Wl"l,ut.

in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of
Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto, each intending
to be legally bound hereby, have hereunto sot their hands and
