TEMPORARY PROTECTION ORDER
AND NOW, this Jill--. day of May 1995, upon consideration of
the foregoing PETITION FOR PHOTECTION mOM ABUSE, it is herp-by
ORDERED AND DECREED as follows:
I. Respondent, ROB~RT MARLEY, is prohibited from approaching,
abusing, threatening, or harassing Petitioner, either physically or
verbally, wherever she may be.
2. Respondent, ROBERT MARLEY, is prohibited from approaching,
abusing, threatening, or harassing Petitioner's minor children,
either physically or verbally, wherever they may be.
3. Respondent, ROBERT MARLEY, is excluded from the
Peititioner's current residence, 20 E. FRONT STREET, SHIREMANSTOWN,
PA and from the Petitioner's place of employment, PENNSYLVANIA
INTERATHLETIC ASSOCIATION, PA while this ORDER remains in effect.
If Respondent is present at the subject premises when this ORDER
is served or enforced, Respondent shall be escorted immediately
therefrom the deputy sheriff or any other law enforcement officer
performing service or enforcement. Respondent is prohibited from
entering or attempting to enter such premises or any other
residence Petitioner may choose to establish.
4. Respondent, HOBEHT MN,LEY, is directed to refrain from any
contact with Petitioner, including entering or telephoning
Petitioner's home, flchooI, or place of employment.
5. Respondent, ROBERT MARLEY, is prohibited from
Petitioner as that term is defined in the Crimes Code,

6. The Prothonotary, mlCritf, and local law enforcement
agencies are directed to accept, tile, and serve copies of this
Petition and OIWICR without prepayment of costs.

SHlHEMANSTOWN Police LJepartment. Should the police come into
contact with Respond(,nt., ilnd should Hespond(!llt allege that he has
nol been served wi t.h OHIlEH, till! pel ice officer shall immedialely
serve lhe llHLJI-:H upon him.
A. This OHLJEH Hhall be enlorced lJy any law enforcement agency
in any county where a violatiun occurs. As provided in 23 Pa.C.S.
~6113(a), "an arrest for violation of anorder issued pursuant to
this act may be without. walrant upon probable cause whether or not
the violation is conunitted in the presence ot the police officer."
9. Hespondent, HOlJICWl' MAHU:Y, is hereby not if ied that if he
violates this ORDER, he may be held in indirect criminal contempt,

10. The Petitioner is granted temporary and immediate custody

2. The Hespondent is HOBERT MARLEY, an adult indi vidual, 407A
RUTHERFOHD HOAD, HARRISBUHG, PA 17109.
]. The Petitioner and Respondent separated on January I, 1993
and were divorced as of March la, 1995. There is one child from
their union, James Earl Marley, May 26, 198U.
4. The Respondent is se If -emp loyed as a landscaper, at a
weekly wage of $]00.
5. The Respondent placed the Petitioner in inuninent fear of
serious bodIly injury in that:
a. lie broke down the Petitioner' 5 door and threatened to
physically injure her on May J, 199').
b. he has verbally threatened that Petitioner would neVer Bee
her son illJllln.
c. he has verbally harrasserl the I'etitiuner.

AND NOW, this 11th day of May, 1995, this matter
having been called on a petition seeking a protection from abuse
order, and the parties haVing reached an agreement, w1thout
admissions, with respect to all but paragraph 5 herein, IT IS
ORDERED:
1. Robert Marley shall not abuse Anita Marley, and
Anita Marley sholl not abuse Robert Marley. os that term is used
in the protection from abuse low,
2, Neither party sholl gO to any residence of the
other party or any place of employment of the other party,
3, The father's rights to temporary phYSical custodY
of the parties' six-year-ald son, James, os set in an order in
the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County at 703-5-1994, is
suspended until the scheduled period of temporary physical
custody on the weekend of August 11. 1995, His r1ghts of legal
custody as set forth in the Dauph1n County order are not
affected by this order. The father's cont1nuat10n of contact
