COMPLAINT
NOW COMES the plaintiff by his attorney, Karl M. Ledebohm, and
brings the following complaint:
COUNT NO. 11 SECTION 201IA)16) or THE DIVORCE CODE
1. Plaintiff is an adult individual who resides at 10-B Deer
Run Court, Baltimore, Maryland, 21227.
2. Defendant is an adult individual who resides at 12-C South
Nineteenth Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011.
3. Defendant has been a bonafide resident in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months immediately previously
to the filing of this complaint.
4. The parties were lawfully married on or about March 17,
1990 in Penndel Borough, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
~. Plaintiff avers that there is one child of the marriage
under the age of 18; namely, Meghan Elizabeth Dale born on December
17, 1990,
6. There have been no pr ior actione of divorce or for
annulment between the parties,
7. Plaintiff avers that the grounds upon which this action is
haDed are that Defondant has offered such indignities to the person
of the Plaintiff, the innocent and injured spouse, as to render
Plaintiff's condition intolerable and life burdensome.
8, Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of
counseling and has further been advised that Plaintiff may have the
right to request that the Court require the parties to participate
in counseling.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff prays the Honorable Court to enter a
Decree in Divorce, divorcing the Plaintiff from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore contracted between the Plaintiff and the
Defendant.
COUNT NO. III SECTION 3301fCl OF THE DIVORCE CODE
9, The allegations as set forth in paragraphs 1 through 8 of
Count No. 1 are incorporated herein by reference.
10. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff praye your Honorable Court to enter
a Decree in Divorce, divorcing the Plaintiff from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore contracted between the Plaintiff and the
Defendant,
COUNT NO. 1111 EOUITABLE DISTRIBUTION
11. Paragraphs 1 through 10 of this Complaint are
incorporated herein by reference ae though set forth in full.
12. Plaintiff and Defendant have acquired property, both real
and personal, during their marriage, which property is "marital
property" ,
13. Plainti ff and Defendant may have owned, prior to the
marriage, property which has increaeed in value during the marriage
and/or which has been exchanged for other property, whi ch has
increased in value during the marriage, all of which property is
"marital property",
14. Plaintiff and Defendant have been unable to agree as to
an equitable division of Baid property prior to the filing of this
Complaint.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests your Honorable Court to
equitably divide all marital property.
