3. On January 2, 1994, I'laintiff was a passenger ill II car driven by her husbllnd,
Bobby White, which car was traveling West 011 Roule 461. known liS the Newville Iload, as
it IIpproached the intersection with Route 465,
4, On Janullry 2, 1994, Defendant, I'AUL B, SNYDER, operaled an lIutomohile
North on Route 465 liS it approached Ihe intersection of Route 465 and Route 461.
5, The intersection of Routes 461 and 465 is controlled by a slop sign on Iloute 465
with Route 461 having the righl-of-way through Ihe interseclion withoulll stop sign or
traffic signal.
6. The Defendant, PAUL B. SNYDER, drove inlolhe intersel'lion and his cal
struck the driver's side of lhe car in whkh I'laintiff was a passenger,
