(Stipulation No, 3, Commonwealth Exhibit No, C.4, N.T, 159), 39. On July 15, 1988, Officer Schonely and the informant entered the premises at approximataly 11:10 p,m. (N.T, 29-30), 40. They were approached by Rich Archer who the Officer had met at tho licensed premises on prior occasions, (N,T. 30), 41. Rich Archer osked if they wanted /lny "blow." He said it was good "rock" and that he could get a one-half of a gram for $50.00, The Officer gave $50.00 to the informant in the presence of Rich Archer and one, Timothy Biggs. The informant, Rich Archer and Timothy 81us departed the premises through the reer door (main entrance) of the licensed premises. The subatance seized from this transaction was datormined to contain cocaine. (N.T. 31, Stipulation No, 4, Commonwealth Exhibit No. C-4). 42. 'Ods diacussion took place about twenty feet inside the rear door, between the bar and the dining area. The Officar was introduced to Bobby Bryant, A meeting occurred at a table approximately seven feet from the north end of the bar, (N.T. 33, Commonwealth Exhibit No, C-3, notation "table"), 45. The Officer noticed that there were lines of 0 white powdered substance on the table. Bobby Bryont had 0 razor blade in his hand. He had just gotten done cutting and making the lines of the powdered substance on the table, He asked, "Hey, do YOII guys want to do some linea? It's cronk." (N, T, 47). 61, A discussion ensued as to where the transaction should take place. Joe Wentz said that he was going to the bethroom and that he would be beck. lie went out of sight, in the area of the bathroom, end returned about a minute later. Joe Went~ took a pink paper packet frem hia pocket and held it under the ber. Officer Schonely handed the informant S 100.00 who handed it to Joe Wentz in exchange for the packet. (N.T, 48), 62. The packet was subsequently determined to contain cocaine. (Stipulation No.7, Commonwealth Exhibit No, C-3). 63. On October IS, 1988, Officer Schonely entered the premises with the informant. Within thirty seconds of entering through the rear door, Hr, Heffelbower offered some "whitey," which is e term used for cocaine.
