1. The Plaintiff is Ann Marie Gross, who resides at 408
orchard Lane, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
17055.
2. The Defendant is Anthony Jerome Gross, who resides at
2413 Logan Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, 17110.
3. The Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six months
immediately prior to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on April 1, 1994
in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
5. There was a prior action in divorce filed in Cumberland
County which was withdrawn in 1994. There is no pending action in
divorce or annulment between the parties in this or any other
jurieldiction.
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
'1. The Defendant is not a member of the Armed Services of
the United Btates ar any of its Allies.
