ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township
of South Middleton, County of Cumberland and Commonweal th of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as followSI
BEGINNING at a point on the northeastern legal right of way line of
White Oak Court at the dividing line between Lots Nos, 27 and 28 ae
shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots I thence along said
dividing line between Lots Nos, 27 and 28, North 38 degrees 32
minutes 37 seconds East, a distance of 236,33 feet to lands of
at here (sometimes known ae "Lindsey Acres"); thence a long said
latter lands, North 86 degrees 46 minutes 25 seconde West, a
dietance of 171,31 feet to a point at the dividing line between
Lots Noa, 27 and 26 ae shown on said pI en of lots; thencs along
said dividing line between Lots Nos, 27 and 26, South 14 degreee 8
minutes 16 seconds West, a distance of 118,22 feet to a point on
the legal right of way line of the cul-de-sac end of White Oak
Court; thence along said legal right of way line of White Oak
Court, the following two courses and distanceel (a) on a curve to
the right having a radius of 60 feet, an arc distance of 83,96 feet
to a point; and (b) on a curve to the left having a radius of 20
feet, an arc distance of 19,47 feet to a point on the same at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 27 and 28 ae shown on the
hereinafter mentioned plan of lots, the place of BEGINNING,
BEING Lot No. 27 as shown on a certain subdivision plan of Lots
entitled "Final Plan of Phase Four for THE OAKS" as recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 66, Page 65,
BEING the same premises which Max E, Stoner and Lawrence C,
