The pertinent information pertaining to the ohild who ill the aubject of this litigation ia as follows, Chaatity Marie Gibb, born Auguat 10, 1984. 2. A Conciliation Conference was held on July 6, 1995, with the folloWing individuals in attendanoe, The Paternal Grandfather, Boyd M. Gibb, and his oounsel, Taylor P. Andrews, Esquire. 3. The Mother of the ohild is Patricia L. Gibb who reaidea in Carlisle. Ms. Gibb was served by the sheriff with not,ioe of the Conciliation Conferenoe and she did not attend the Conference. Also, her Father, the Plaintiff in these prooeedinga, indicated that his daughter oalled him and told him that ohe was not going to come to the Conciliation Conference. 4. The Father of the minor ohild is unknown and there has been no Father involved in the child'a life. 5. The Grandfather suggests that he has had signifioant oontacts with the minor child ovor the past few ,yeara and, oV~r the past few months, he has been the primary oaretaker for the minor ohild. He indioates that the Mother has undergone psyohiatrio care at Carlisle Hospital and has also undergone treatment at Roxbury for drug abuse.
