herein/lfter referred to as Owners/ whereby the former undertook and
agreed to erected /lnd construct a single family dwelling on the
certain lot of ground situ/lte in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, known as 17 Beech Cliff
Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania and more fully described in Exhibit
"A" whiah is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW THIRI'ORE, THIS AGREEMINT WITNESSETH: 'rh/lt the said
Contractor/ for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
ContractoL' in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is her.eby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves /lnd their sUbcontractors, and
nIL parties acting through or under them, covenant and /lgree th/lt
no llIech/lnic's liens or cl/lims sh/lll be filed or m/lintained by them
or any of them against the said bUildings /lnd the lot of ground
/lppurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise,
for, towards/ in, or about the erection /lnd construction of the
s/lid buildings on the lot above described/ and the said Contractor/
for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them, hereby
expressly w/live and relinquish the right to h/lve, file, /lnd
m/lintain /lny mechanic'S liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, sh/lll be an independent covenant.
