The Plaintiff, BILLIE A. PIi:TBRSON, by her attorney,
SUB an J. Otto, sets forth the following caUBe of action.
1. Plaintiff is BILLIE A. PETERSON, a sui juris
individual who currently resides at 50 Buckthorn Drive,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. Defendant is ROali:RT L. PETERSON, a sui juriB
individual who currently resides at 50 Buckthorn Drive,
CarliBle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013,
3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide
residents of the Commonwealth for at least six monthe
immediately pr.evious to the filing of this complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on
August 19, 1991 at Ocean City, Maryland.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for
annulment between the parties,
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is
available and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that
the court require the parties to participate in counaeling.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requeste the court to enter a
decree of divorce.
