2, The defendant, Jerry M. Morrison, (SSN: lJnknown)(Date of Blrlh: April 29,
1961), Is an adull individual residing at 400 North Walnut Street, Apt. 2, Ml!challlcsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055,
3, The ddcndant has had an Intimate relationship with the plaintiff.
4. Since approximately September, 1993, the defendant has attempted to cause and
has intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly caused bodily Injury to the plaintiff, has placed Ihl!
plalnllff In reasonllble fear of Imminent serious bodily inJury, and has knowingly engaged In a
course of conduct or repeatedly committed acts toward the plaintiff under circumstances which
have pla.ced the plaintiff In reasonable fear of bodily Injury, This has Included, but Is not limited

Ihe plaintiff several times as she was driving cllllslng her to Imve to SlOP each
lime to avoid anuccldent. When the plulnliff told the defenduntto get out of the
vehiclc, he threlllened 10 snmsh her rllce intuthc ground. The plaintiff had hl!r
two children In the whir.le with hcr during this Incldentllnd fe:lred for her safety
and Ihat of her children. The plaintiff sustlllned redness Ilnd soreness ahoUl her
neck as a result of this Incident.
c) On or about April 22, 1995, the derendlllll choked the pllllntilTus she was
driving her vchlcle causing hcr to have to pull off of the road 10 avoid IIn
accldl!n\. The plaintiff feured for her sufety.
d) On or IlhoUI March '26, 1995, the defendant telephoned the plainliff's
home several tlllles and left messagl!s each time on her answering Illachine
threatening to hunt the plaintiff down and kill her If she did not cOllie and pick
him up. The plaintiff, fearing for hcr life, ned hl!r home and stayed hI a motel
that nigh\. The plaintiff turned the answering ll1achlne tapes over to the Carlisle
Police Depllrtl11enl.

f) In or aboutmld.September, 1993, the defendllnlthrelltened 10 bellt the shll
out of the plaintiff if she did not Ict him drive her vehicle. When the phlintiff
refused to allow the defendllnttotllke her vehicle, the defendant grubbcd her by
Ihe hair, shoved hcr tlllhe tloor, pushed his forellrm forcefully IIgalnsl her face,
rolled his forearlll bllck and forth across her fllce, choked her, IInd punched her
In the face. The derc:ndllntpushed the plaintiff across the room and choked her
whcn she told hllll she was going to call1he police. Thc plaintiff telephoned Ihe
police, and the defcndanl tled her home bcfore they arrived. The plaintiff,
fearing that the defendant would return, left her hOllle that evening and stayed
with hcr sister.

6. The plllinliff deslrcs that the dcfcndant be prohibited from having any direct or
indirect contact with the plaintiff including, but not IImitcd to, telephone and wrluen
communications.
7. The plaintiff desires that the defendanl be enjoined from harassing and stalking
the plaintiff, and from harassing the plaintiff's relatives.
