declaration, to confess judgment at any time or times, against each, any or all of the undersigned
and In favor of tho holder hereof for the above sum, plus Interest thereon from the date hereof, with
costs of suit and an attorney's commission of 15% for collection, The undersigned hereby releases
all errors and expressly waives all rights to any stay of execution, sequestration of rents and
exemption of any property from levy and sale on execution under any law or rule of court now In
force or hereafter enacted. All of the foregoing promises are the joint and several promises of the
undersigned and shall bind the undersigned, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and

amount of $100,000,00, and secured by Lot No, 7 on the Plan of Lots of Wilbert L. Diehl, and
recorded in the Office of the Rucorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, In Plan Book 23,
Page 146, Penn Township, CumberlamJ Cuunty, Pennsylvania,
