THIS AORBIMENT, made this 13th day of May, 1995, by
and between I
MICHAEL S. alOROI and BHILLBY A. OIOROI, his wife, Owr,ers,
party of the first part; and
NORTON BUILDINGS, INC., contractor, party of the second
part.

WHERIAS, the above parties entered into a contract dated
April 16 1995 whereby the party of the second part is to provide
certain materials and perform certain work necessary for the
construction of a storage building/apartment with horse stall
being approximately fifty feet wide, eleven feet high, and
seventy-five feet long (55'xl1'x75'), upon ground more
particularly bounded and described on Schedule A which is
attached heroto and made a part hereof.

ALL THOSE CERTAIN two (2) tracts or lots of ground situate
in Horth Newton Township, cumberland county, pennsylvania,
bounded and described in accordance with a certain Final
subdivision Plan for Joel Btamy prepared by Eric L. Diffenbaugh,
Registered Professional Land surveyor, dated 6 May 1991,
consisting of two pages, a copy of which is recorded in the
Cumberland county Recorder's office in Plan Book 63, Page 131, on
20 December 1991, and incorporated herein by reference, as
follows I

BEGINNING at a set railroad spike on the centerline of stamy
Road (T-400) at the southeasterly corner of Lot 4 of the above
mentioned SUbdivision Plan for Joel stamy; thence along the
dividing line between Lot 4 and Lot 5 of said Plan and through a
.et iron pin 25.03 feet distant from the beginning of this
course, North 30 degrees 42 minutes 23 seconds East 665.68 feet
to a set iron pin at line of lands now or formerly of Robert L.
Hoover; thence by said lands now or formerly of Hoover and by
other lands now or formerly of said Hoover, South 59 degrees 17
minutes 37 seconds East 405.00 feet to a set iron pin at the
northwesterly corner of Lot 6 of said Plan; thence along the
dividing line between Lot 5 and Lot 6 of aforesaid Plan and
through a set iron pin 25.15 feet distant from the end of this
course, south 30 degrees 42 minutes 23 seconds West 715.71 feet
to a set railroad spike on the centerline of stamy Road (T-400);
thence in and along the centerline of said road the following
four courses and distances I (1) North 53 degrees B minutes 4
seconds West, 132.41 feet to a set railroad spike; (2) North 51
degrees 51 minutes 31 seconds West 91.28 feet to a set railroad
spike; (3) North 51 degrees 6 minutes 10 seconds West 132.02 feet
to a set railroad spiks; and (4) North 53 degrees 35 minutes 54
seconds West 52.43 feet to a set railroad spike at the
southeasterly corner of Lot 4, the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 6.4280 acres, more or less, total area.
BEING all of Lot 5 of the above mentioned subdivision Plan,
recorded as aforesaid.
