The Honorable Judge Kev in A. Hess, on September 29, 1995, issued a Rule to Show Cause directed at the Defendant to show cause why he should not be attached for contempt. A hearing on the aforesaid Rule to Show Cause was held on November 9, 1995. 10. Following the hearing on the Rule to Show Cause, the Honorable Judge Kevin A.
