1. Appellant, Gerald E. Straweer, is an adult individual who
resides at 322 Sixth Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070.
2. Appellee, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Department
of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Liceneing, Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania 17123, is a state agency.
3. Your Appellant's license is being suspended for Recklees
Driving.
4. Your Appellant wae notified on or about May 11, 1995, that his
license wae being euspended for a period of eix months which would
go into effect June 15, 1995 at 12101 a.m. A true and correct
copy of the Notice ie attached at Exhibit "A".
5. Your Appellant has applied for an Occupational Limited License
and has not yet received it.
6. Your Appellant is eligible by law for the Occupational Limited
License.
7. Your Appellant would be prejudiced if the suspension went into
effect prior to the processing of the Occupational Limited
Licenee.

vlolating Sectlon 3736 of the Vehlcle Code, RECKLESS
DRIVING on 01/2511995, ~our driving privilege is being
SUSPENDED for a period of 6 HONTHIS) as mandated b~ Section
1532B of the Vehlcle Code.
In order to compl~ with this sanctlon YOU are requirad
to return any current driver's license, learner's permit
and/or temporary drlver' s license Icamera card) in your
possesslon no later than the effective date listed. If yoU
cannot compl~ wlth the requirements stated above, YOU are
required to submit a DlI6lC Form or a letter acknowledging
the sanctlon of your driving privilege. Failure to comply
wlth this notice shall result in this Bureau referring this
matter to the Pennsylvania State Police for prosecution
under SECTION 1571(0)14) of the Vehicle Code.
Credit will not begin until all current driver's

acknowledging your senction is received in this Bureau.
When the department receives your license or
