Plaintiff, Fleet Real Estate Funding corp., the address of
which is 11200 W. Parkland Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53224, brings this
action of mortgage foreclosure upon the following cause of action:

The Mortgage is matter of public record and i s
incorporated herein as provided by Pa. R,C.P,
1019(g). A true and correct copy of said Mortgage
is attached Ilereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein by reference.

2. Plaintiff is, therefore, either the original Mortgagee
named in the Mortgage, the legal successor in interest to
the original Mortgagee, or is the present holder of the
mortgage by virtue of the above-described Assignment(s).

Each Mortgagor named in paragraph 1 executed
evidence of the debt secured by the Mortgage.

4. The real property which is subject to the Mortgage is
generally known as 2021 Hal"Val"d Drive, Camp Hill, PA
17011 and is more sped f ically described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or pal"cel of land situate in
the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland and State
of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point of the South side of Harvard
Avenue (60) feet wide at the dividing line between Lots
Numbers 167 and 168, Section D in the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; THENCE along said dividing line
South (7) Degrees (12) Minutes East one (145) feet to Lot
Number 145, Section D; THENCE along said Lot Number 145
Section D, South (82) Degrees (48) Minutes West (64.85)
feet to the Eastern line of South 21st Street; THENCE
along the Eastern line of South 21st Street North (9)
Degrees (7) Minutes West (129.57) feet to a point; THENCE
along a curve to the right having a radius of (15) feet,
and arc distance of (24.07) feet to a point on the
Southern 1 ine of HarVal"d Avenue; THENCE along the
Southern line of Harvard Avenue North (B2) Degrees (48)
Minutes East, (54.2) feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot Number 168, Section D in the Plan of
College Park as recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder's Office in Plan Book 4, Page lOB.
HAVING thereon erected a two story single brick
dwelling house, known as Number 2021 Harvard Avenue, Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Thomas B Hamm, Jr and
Eleanor J Hamm by Deed dated August 9, 1993 and recorded
August 18, 1993 in Deed Book L 36, Page 1168 in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds for CUMBERLAND County,
granted and conveyed unto Louis S. Bogden and Sandra L.
Bogden, in fee.
5. The Name and mailing address of each Defendant is: Louis
S. Bogden and Sandra L. Bogden, 2021 Harvard Drive, Camp
Hill, PA 17011.
6. The Interest of each individual Defendant is as
Mortgagor, Real Owner, or both.
7. If any Defendant above-named is deceased, this action
shall proceed against the deceased Defendant's heirs,
assigns, successors, administrators, personal
representatives and/or executors through his/her estate.
8. The Mortgage is in default because the monthly
installments of principal and interest and other charges
stated below, all as authorized by the Mortgage, are duE'
as of SEPTEMBER 1, 1994 and have not been paid, and upon
failure to make such payments when due, the whole of the
principal, together with charges specifically itemized
below are immediately due and payable.
9. The following amounts are due as of MAY 16, 1995:

11. The original principal balance of the Mortgage exceeds
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00). Accol"dingly, Notice
of Intention to Foreclose pursuant to 41 P.S. ~ 403 is
not required.
12. Notice pursuant to the Homeowners' Emergency Mortgage
Assistance Act of 1983, 35 P.S. ~ 1680.402c, et ~., was
sent to each individual Mortgagor by first-class mail.
Copies of the Notice are attached hereto as Exhibit "C".
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment in l"em be entered in its
favor and against Defendant(s) for the sum stated in paragraph 9,
plus interest, costs of suit, and all other recoverable costs; for
foreclosure of the Mortgage; and for sale of the Mortgaged
Property.

bid price was grossly inadequ~te compared to the value of your property.
3. The sale will go through only if the buyer pays the Sheriff the full
