The purpose of this condemnation and this Declaration of Taking filed incidental thereto is to acquire and secure easements and rights-of-way in land for the construction, operation and maintenance of stormwater drainage facilities in connection with public school facilities by said School District. 5. Attached to the School District's Resolution (Exhibit 1 hereto) marked "Exhibit A" and incorporated therein and herein is a legal description of the land situate in the Township of Hampden, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, necessary to be obtained for the purposes, as aforesaid. A copy of said description mentioned in said Exhibit is being filed as of the date of filing hereof in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, at the Cumberland County Court House in carlisle, Pennsylvania, in accordance with section 404 of the Eminent Domain Code, Act of June 22, 1964 (Special Session), P.L. 84, Article IV, as amended. 6.
