reterred to as owner, who'"oby the forme," undertook and agreed to
erect and construct a dwelling house on that certain lot of

Subdivision Plan of Meadowview Estates, said plan being recorded
in the cumberland county Hecorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book
68, Page 17, Deing part ot the sarns premises which Merle L.
StambaUgh, ElCecutor of the Estate and under the Last Will and
Testament of Mary o. Sll1mbaugh, et aI" by deed dated December
12, 1906 and recorded in the Cumberland county Recorder of Deeds
ottice in Deed Dook "J", Volume ]2, Page 256, granted and
conveyed unto John M. Knaub and Janet D. Knaub, his wite. The
said Janet D. Knaub died March 26, 1995, whereupon full and
complete title to the within described real estate became veated
solely in John M. Knaub, surviving spouse, Aha being the 8ame
premises which John M. Knaub, by doed dated May 10, 1995 and
about to be recorded herew i th, Ijrllllted and conveyed unto Donald
B, Weieer and Hoso M, Welper, hie wlte,
