THIS AGREBMBNT made the 19th day of May. 1995, by and
between RUSSELL C. GOODLl NG dba RUBSELL C. GOODLI NG CONS'l'HUCTION,
of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, camp lIill, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
referred to liS contractor, AND HUBBELL C. GOODl,ING, of 2920
Dickinson Avenue, Camp lUll, hereinafter referred to as owner,
whereby the former undertook IInd agreed to erect IInd construct II
single-fllmily residential dwelling on that certain lot of ground
situate on Dickinson Avenue, Dorough of Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being Lot Nos. 110 and 111 on the Plan of
Lots called South Earlington, said Plan being recorded in Plan
Book 1, Page 8. Being a part of the same premisss which stanley
H. Sheaffer, by Deed dated February 13, 1995 and recorded on
February 24, 1995 in the cumberlllnd county Recorder of Deeds
Office in Deed Book 118, Page 920, granted and conveyed unto the
Pennsylvania Fiduciary and Estate Services, Inc., a Pennsylvania
Corporation, the Grantor herein. Further, being the same
premises which the Pennsylvania Fiduciary and Estate services,
Inc., Trustee for stanley Sheaffer, and the Pennsylvania
Fiduciary and Estate Services, Inc., Trustee for Edward L.
Sheaffer, by Deed dated May 19, 1995 and about to be recorded
herewith, granted and conveyed unto Hussell C. Goodling.
