WIT N E SSE T H I WHEREAS, Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for Custody regarding the partiel1' minor children, SHELLY ANN MARIE PAYNE, born March 18, 1990, DANIELLE PAYNE, born May 22, 1992, and BRANDON WHEREAS, the pat.ties have reached agreement relative to the custodial arrangements for their children and wish to enter into the instant Stipulation, which will be submitted to the Court PAYNE, born June 12, 1993; and for issuance of an Order. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties stipulate and agree as . follows: 1. Plaintiff shall have primary custody of the parties' minor daughter, SHELLY ANN MARIE PAYNE. Defendant shall have primary custody of the parties' two minor children, DANIELLE PAYNE and BRANDON PAYNE. 2. Defendant shall have temporary physical custody of SHELLY for the purposes of visitation as follows: A. On those weekends during which Plaintiff works, from Friday at 6:00 p.m. until Sunday at 6:00 p.m., so long as Defendant is not working. B. On Shelly's birthday, March 18, from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. C. The parties will alternate major holidays. D. At such other times as the parties shall mutually agree upon and arrange. 3. Plaintiff shall have temporary physical custody of DANIELLE and BRANDON for the purposes of visitation as the parties shall from time to time mutually agree upon and arrange. 4. The parties agree that a Court Order encompassing the provisions herein set forth shall be entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which Court shall retain jurisdiction over this matter. . . WIT N E SSE T H I WHEREAS, Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for Custody regarding the part ies' minor children, SHELLY ANN MARIE PAYNE, born March 18. 1990, DANIELLE PAYNE, born May 22, 1992, and BRANDON PAYNE, born June 12, 1993; and WHEREAS, the part ies have reached agreement relative to the custodial arrangements for thei~ children and wish to enter into the instant Stipulation, which will be submitted to the Court for issuance of an Order. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties stipulate and agree as follows: 1. Plaintiff shall have primary custody of the parties' minor daughter, SHELLY ANN MARIE PAYNE. Defendant shall have primary custody of the parties' two minor children, DANIELLE PAYNE and BRANDON PAYNE. 2. Defendant shall have temporary physical custody of SHELLY for the purposes of visitation as follows: A. On those weekends during which Plaintiff works, from Friday at 6:00 p.m. until Sunday at 6:00 p.m., so long as Defendant is not working. B. On Shelly's birthday, March 18, from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. C. The parties will alternate major holidays. D. At such other times as the parties shall mutually agree upon and arrange. 3. Plaintiff shall have temporary physical custody of DANIELLE and BRANDON for the purposes of visitation as the parties shall from time to time mutually agr.ee upon and arrange. 4. The parties agree that a Court Order encompassing the provisions herein set forth shall be entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which Court shall retain jurisdiction over this matter.
