Pursuant to the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign JUdgments
Act, 42 Pa. C.S. ~4J05 and ~4J06, kindly file and index the
attached exemplified and certified copies of the judgment
entered in favor of Plaintiff, the Official Unsecured
creditors' committee, and against Defendant, carlisle Car'
Truck Center, in the total sum of Three Thousand Eight Hundred
Seventy Four and 59/100 Dollars ($J,874.59) plus continuing
interest as computed at the Federa 1 rate of interest sst forth
in 28 \J.S.C. ~1961 as of this date, together with costs of One
Hundred Twenty and 00/100 Dollars ($120.00) in this action, in
the united States Bankruptcy court for the Middle Distriot of
